This role is responsible for leading the re-competition of existing contracts and identifying new scope expansion opportunities. The Lifecycle Leader will ensure client satisfaction and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive successful contract retention and growth within Veolia North America.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of contract recompete processes, including interpreting RFPs.
- Oversee the preparation of proposals, compliance documentation, and operational plans for existing client contracts.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all required materials to meet client and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with business development and operations growth teams to identify annual scope expansion opportunities.
- Develop and present proposals to clients for additional services, upgrades, or operational enhancements.
- Coordinate implementation of approved scope expansions, integrating them into existing operations.
- Serve as a point of contact for key clients, ensuring proactive communication and relationship management.
- Implement client feedback mechanisms to monitor satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Support initiatives that enhance service quality, responsiveness, and overall client experience.
- Work closely with operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams to align strategies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Significant experience applying project management principles to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Demonstrated success in managing client expectations and maintaining strong relationships over long-term contracts
- Experience with Request for Proposal (RFP) interpretation and facilitation in the recompete process
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams through proposal development, contract negotiations, and service delivery
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to client success and long-term partnerships
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Significant experience applying project management principles to complex initiatives and managing client expectations over long-term contracts. Experience with RFP interpretation and facilitation in recompete processes.

- Experience working with large utility organizations, including water and wastewater sectors
