Join the Life Enrichment team to plan and execute engaging activities that enhance the lives of residents. This role involves direct interaction with residents and coordination of daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and implementation of resident activities, including calendar development and budgeting
- Coordinate with outside organizations for events
- Set up and clean up activity spaces
- Ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents
- Provide oversight of specific life enrichment components, such as Memory Care or particular activities
- Coordinate transportation of residents to and from outside events, including driving company vehicles
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Current, valid driver’s license
- Driving record (MVR) meets company insurance requirements
- Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles
Qualifications
- Entry level position, experience with seniors or event planning preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with seniors
- Experience in event planning
- Experience in lesson planning
- Demonstrated creative skills
