About This Role

This role primarily involves assisting in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various recreational, social, and educational programs for residents within a skilled nursing facility, ensuring alignment with their assessment and care plan.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs
• Assist in the implementation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs
• Assist in the evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs
• Ensure programs are in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or currently enrolled in a high school program

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent
