Life Enrichment Activities Assistant

About This Role

The Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant will plan and execute engaging activities for residents, ensuring they meet their needs and preferences. This role involves coordinating events, managing transportation, and effectively communicating with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and implementation of resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordination with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup.
• Help ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents.
• Provide oversight of specific life enrichment components (e.g., Memory Care, specific activity) as assigned.
• Coordinate the transportation of residents to and from outside events, including driving company vehicles when needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Current, valid driver’s license
• Driving record meets company insurance requirements
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles
