About This Role

Lead a mental health team as a Licensed Therapist for a Head of Service role, providing clinical oversight, supervision, and training to staff working with youth and families. Ensure compliance with documentation standards and support billing and quality assurance goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and training to a mental health team
• Conduct case consultation and crisis intervention
• Offer individual, family, and group therapy
• Ensure documentation compliance with DMH and Probation standards
• Support staff in meeting billing and quality assurance goals

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
• Skilled in trauma-informed care
• Valid CA driver’s license
• Availability for crisis work and evening hours
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications
