About This Role

Support Delmar Internal Medicine by administering and documenting patient care, including vaccines, specimens, and clinical procedures, to ensure timely and accurate patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines.
• Document verbal conversations and other information into patient records.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patient for visits based on office/provider requirements.
• Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood).
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations).
• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.
