About This Role

Join Community Care Obstetrics and Gynecology as a Full Time LPN, providing essential patient care from administering vaccines and obtaining specimens to processing prescriptions and performing clinical procedures. This role is eligible for a recruitment and retention bonus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines
• Document verbal conversations with patients
• Document information into patient records in an accurate, legible, and timely manner
• Maintain timely patient flow
• Prepare patient for visit based on office/provider requirements
• Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood) from patients as directed by the provider
• Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e., PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations)
• Process patient prescriptions
• Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions
