About This Role

Join Community Care Internal Medicine Niskayuna as a Full Time LPN, administering vaccines, documenting patient information, and performing clinical procedures. This role ensures timely patient flow and supports providers in delivering comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines.
• Document verbal conversations and information into patient records.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patients for visits based on office and provider requirements.
• Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood) from patients as directed by the provider.
• Accurately and timely enter orders into the lab system.
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations).
• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.
