About This Role

Join Community Care Obstetrics and Gynecology as a Full Time LPN, providing essential clinical support, administering vaccines, and documenting patient information. This role contributes to timely patient flow and assists providers with various procedures and patient communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines
• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate
• Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner
• Maintain timely patient flow
• Prepare patients for visits as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements
• Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider
• Perform accurate and timely order entry into the lab system
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations)
• Process patient prescriptions
• Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions
