Licensed Practical Nurse

About This Role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide direct patient care, perform clinical procedures, administer medications, and assist with patient flow in a fast-paced internal medicine practice. They will be responsible for accurate documentation and communication of patient information.

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines and medications
• Document patient conversations and information accurately and timely in the patient record
• Maintain timely patient flow and prepare patients for visits
• Obtain specimens (e.g., urine, blood) as directed by the provider
• Perform clinical office procedures such as PFT, EKG, nebulizer, and immunizations
• Process patient prescriptions and discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions

Requirements

• Current LPN license
