Join Delmar Internal Medicine as a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse, providing direct patient care, administering vaccines, and assisting providers with clinical procedures. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient patient flow and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines
• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate
• Document information into patient records in an accurate, legible, and timely manner
• Maintain timely patient flow
• Prepare patients for visits based on office/provider requirements
• Obtain specimens (e.g., urine, blood) from patients as directed by the provider
• Perform accurate and timely order entry into the lab system
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (e.g., PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration, immunizations)
• Process patient prescriptions
• Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions
