Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

About This Role

Supervise all clinical and administrative functions at Carthage Center, including developing and implementing facility management systems and ensuring quality care. Monitor and maintain regulatory compliance while overseeing the facility's quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all clinical and administrative functions in the facility
• Develop and implement a facility management system
• Administer, manage, supervise, and coordinate all departments to ensure quality care
• Perform financial management of the health care facility
• Monitor and maintain facility's compliance with all pertinent State and Federal regulations
• Oversee the facility quality assurance process
• Ensure that individual rights and opportunity for choice exist for all residents

Requirements

• Current New York LNHA Certification
• 5+ years working as a LNHA in a long-term care facility
• Experience in performance management and effective leadership
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding resident and CHC proprietary information
• Ability to relate professionally and work cooperatively with residents and staff at all levels

Qualifications

• 5+ years working as a LNHA in a long-term care facility
