Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

About This Role

Direct the day-to-day operations of a nursing facility, ensuring compliance with federal and local standards, and providing high-quality care to residents. This role involves overseeing budgets, documentation, training, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, local standards, guidelines, and regulations
• Assure the highest degree of quality care can be provided to residents
• Ensure facility operations are in compliance with Federal, State, Local, and Company guidelines
• Oversee all budgets, documentation, training, employment procedures, resident and visitor procedures and policies
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, positive emphasis, while maintaining the Care without Compromise standard throughout the facility

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or health related degree is preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a supervisor role, healthcare experience preferred.
