About This Role

This role involves designing and implementing customized treatment plans for clients to foster healing and relaxation. The Massage Therapist will be a key contributor to client satisfaction and spa cleanliness, working within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs
  • Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships
  • Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas

Requirements

  • Adhere to state licensing laws and regulations
  • Carry liability insurance
  • Effectively communicate with clients, spa management and staff
  • Knowledge of Swedish Massage

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue modalities
