This role involves coordinating and overseeing Intensive Home-Based Services, including Therapeutic Behavioral Support (TBS) and mental health assessments for at-risk children and families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct supplemental assessments and treatment planning for TBS clients
- Review progress notes, ensure compliance, and coordinate interdisciplinary care with families, caregivers, schools, and community agencies
- Perform individual and family therapy as needed
- Participate in team meetings and training
- Ensure program adherence to regulations and complete all required documentation
Requirements
- Master's degree in a mental health field
- Current California licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
