Provide mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/mental health disorders. This role involves assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized habilitation plans.
Responsibilities
- Conduct social evaluations
- Deliver individual and group therapy
- Provide crisis intervention
- Support families and caregivers
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Participate in staff training
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work
- Active LCSW licensure
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in EMR systems
- Physical ability for mobility and lifting up to 50lbs
