Licensed Behavior Consultant

About This Role

The Licensed Behavior Consultant will join a team in Butler, PA, collaborating with other treatment team members to design and implement individualized behavior modification intervention plans for children and adolescents, focusing on assessment and program design. The consultant will also participate in team meetings and provide expertise on behavioral paradigms.

Responsibilities

• Design and direct the implementation of a behavior modification intervention plan individualized to each child or adolescent and family needs
• Identify behavioral goals and intervention techniques
• Recommend non-aversion behavioral change methods
• Serve as a consultant to and as requested by the Mobile Therapist within the treatment team
• Provide assessment, program design, and monitoring rather than direct therapy
• Participate in team meetings
• Participate as a consultant in special child-centered, family-focused meetings when behavioral paradigms arise in other systems, such as school

Requirements

• Licensed (LCSW, LSW, LMFT, LPC, LBS, or BCBA)
