About This Role

Join Bancroft's Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence as a Licensed Behavior Analyst to direct assessment and treatment of challenging behavior and skill acquisition within a children's community residential program. This role involves leading behavior plan development, supervising Behavior Support Specialists, and performing direct clinical work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of behavior plans, including functional behavior assessment/analysis, preference assessments, and treatment evaluations
  • Engage in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming
  • Identify training needs and develop/conduct trainings for effective behavior plan implementation
  • Conduct and oversee team screening admission evaluations and intake assessments
  • Oversee the admission, transition, and discharge processes
  • Coordinate and lead clinical case review meetings to discuss the needs of persons served
  • Serve as a behavior analysis expert to the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT)
  • Conduct and present research to internal and external audiences
  • Serve as a clinical supervisor, training and directly supervising Behavior Support Specialists

Requirements

  • Master’s degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Minimum of two years of related experience with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • BCBA certification
  • New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis

Qualifications

Nice to Have

  • PhD in a related discipline
  • Prior experience in functional assessment and treatment development
  • Prior management experience
