Legal Operations Specialist

About This Role

This role supports the Legal team by enhancing operational excellence, automation, and collaboration across commercial, corporate, and employment matters. The specialist will focus on scalability and efficiency through process design, data insights, and technology-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support legal operations projects across commercial, employment, and corporate matters
• Lead initiatives to automate legal and business workflows, including legal intake, contract lifecycle management, approval processes, and document automation
• Design, implement, and improve processes to increase scalability and efficiency within the legal function
• Track and report on key metrics to support data-driven decision-making
• Develop learning and knowledge materials to promote knowledge sharing and consistent practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal matters and lead related projects
• Support internal compliance and risk management initiatives and ensure legal alignment across the organization
• Build and maintain partnerships with law firms, accounting firms, insurance funds, and other relevant partners

Requirements

• Operations background or a BA in a business field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in an operational setting
• Strong knowledge and interest in corporate, employment, and/or commercial law
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Qualifications

• BA in a business field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in an operational setting

Nice to Have

• Paralegal experience is a plus
• Proficiency in other European or Asian languages
