Lead Specialist, Growth & Development

About This Role

This temporary, salaried role focuses on developing learning programs and training experiences for Deloitte personnel. The Lead Specialist will plan and execute development programs, and create compelling presentations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and operationalize in-person and virtual development programs and processes
• Draft compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate training plans, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when creating and reviewing deliverables
• Assist in the creation and development of various learning programs and training experiences
• Participate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs, and peers
• Use critical thinking skills to identify, research, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions to complex problems
• Apply project and program management experience including organization, managing details, and keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
• Be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in learning and development practices

Requirements

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles
• 6+ years of professional experience in developing learning programs and training experiences
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 6 years of related professional experience in developing learning programs and training experiences

Nice to Have

• Previous instructional design experience
• Experience working in a learning and development organization
• Prior consulting or professional services experience
