Lead Specialist, Growth & Development

About This Role

This temporary role focuses on aligning learning and development solutions with business priorities. Responsibilities include planning and executing development programs, drafting presentations, and assisting in the creation of learning experiences to foster professional growth within Deloitte.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and operationalize in-person and virtual development programs and processes
• Draft compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate training plans, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and other key stakeholders
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when creating and reviewing deliverables
• Assist in the creation and development of various learning programs and training experiences
• Participate in or lead learning project teams to build collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs and peers
• Use critical thinking skills to identify, research, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions to complex problems
• Apply project and program management experience including organization, managing details, and keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
• Be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in learning and development practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 6 years of related professional experience in developing learning programs and training experiences
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Able to come into the office periodically for office events
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles
