About This Role

Lead security operations for Sunstates Security, ensuring efficient and professional services while fostering a high-quality work environment. This role involves supervising security officers and maintaining continuous coverage.

Responsibilities

• Perform a multitude of duties as specified by Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Act quickly and efficiently according to directives
• Ensure continuous 24/7 coverage of posts
• Mentally analyze situations, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure
• Read and understand written instruction
• Communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form
• Provide exceptional report writing

Requirements

• Reliable means of transportation
• Available for short notice work and call out work
• Able to extend shifts as necessary
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance
• Always accessible for phone communication
• Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure
• Read and understand written instruction
• Communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form
• Exceptional Report Writing Skills
• Willing and able to work holidays and weekends
• Willing to work in all weather conditions
• Able to work independently
• Clean background
• Drug screen
• Must be over 21
• Able to be driver certified

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of security, military, or law enforcement experience, including 1 year in a supervisory capacity
