Lead Sales Consultant

About This Role

This role is for an assertive sales professional to lead by example, mastering and executing B2B sales for premium supplemental insurance products, and then mentoring new team members. The primary goal is to build a strong client base and eventually train and mentor incoming sales staff.

Responsibilities

• Master and proficiently execute our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products
• Build relationships with clients
• Conduct cold calls to engage clients
• Handle objections and close sales effectively
• Dedicate 40-45 hours weekly to the role
• Train and mentor incoming team members (upon mastering sales framework)

Requirements

• Ability to pass a high-level pre-employment background check
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience
• Minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience or relevant sales/athletic background for candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years professional work experience.
