About This Role

Engage retail customers to promote HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, and energy savings, ultimately scheduling free in-home consultations or tune-ups.

Responsibilities

  • Work inside a national retail home improvement store
  • Engage customers about HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and energy savings
  • Promote free in-home consultations
  • Schedule tune-ups

Requirements

  • Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
  • Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
  • Clean, professional appearance
  • Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
  • Must pass background check
