Engage retail customers inside a national home improvement store, promoting HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, and energy savings to schedule free in-home consultations or tune-ups.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers about HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and energy savings
• Promote free in-home consultations
• Schedule tune-ups for expert sales advisors

Requirements

• Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
• Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Clean, professional appearance
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Must pass background check
