This role involves mastering a supplemental insurance sales process within six months and challenging industry conventions. The individual will transition into a mentorship role, guiding new team members while driving continued expansion for a top-performing agency.

Responsibilities

• Master the company's sales process within six months
• Challenge conventions and redefine benchmarks in the supplemental insurance industry
• Cultivate and expand market presence
• Mentor new team members by imparting strategies for success
• Manage daily and weekly tasks autonomously with minimal supervision
• Proficiently navigate company systems and protocols
• Coach, teach, and motivate peers

Requirements

• Ability to pass a high-level pre-employment background check
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience
• Entry level, but candidates with less than 4 years of professional work experience and relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.
