Lead an online shopping team to deliver an outstanding online shopping experience for guests, ensuring orders are picked with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Support and coach a small team while maintaining smooth operations in the Click N Go department.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, teach, and mentor associates to ensure smooth operations and top-notch guest service
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders by selecting fresh, high-quality products following guest preferences and notes
- Manage order fulfillment by retrieving staged orders, processing payments, and loading groceries into vehicles
- Ensure guest satisfaction by communicating order updates, offering thoughtful substitutions, and providing surprise-and-delight experiences
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of Click N Go areas and assist guests with online order inquiries
- Prioritize tasks effectively and adjust quickly to unplanned duties
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
