- Train and onboard newly hired Licensed Massage Therapists
- Oversee and help manage the massage therapy department
- Promote health and wellness through therapeutic massage
- Adhere to all local and state licensing laws and regulations
Requirements
- Client-oriented with a strong desire to help others
- Ability to train and onboard newly hired LMT's
- Ability to oversee and help manage massage therapy department
- Ethically above reproach and committed to raising industry standards
- Impeccable work ethic, customer service skills and team attitude
- California License (CMT) and adherence to all local and state licensing laws and regulations
- Professional Liability insurance
- Flexible with the scheduling needs of a 7-day business
