The Lead, Marketing & Communications will strategically support Deloitte's US national sponsorship portfolio, focusing on sports sponsorships. This role involves developing and assessing plans to drive objectives through sponsorships, overseeing portfolio strategy, measurement, and cross-sponsorship activation.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing assessment of Deloitte's current and future sponsorship investments
- Build, maintain, monitor, and optimize ongoing sponsorship insights to inform activation strategy
- Manage key existing activations that run across multiple sponsorships
- Develop and activate new cross-sponsorship strategic campaigns, tactics, and initiatives
- Work with team members to develop overarching activation strategy for the year or season across the sponsorship portfolio
- Support overall onboarding and initial activation planning and production for new sponsorships
- Lead additional projects and initiatives and support ongoing leadership requests
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sports or sponsorships
- Proven experience in strategic marketing, project management, and integrated marketing
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Passion for sponsorship, brand, marketing disciplines, and sports marketing
- Strong writing and collaboration skills
- High level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities
- Ability to work in a virtual environment
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
