The Lead, Marketing & Communications will support Deloitte's US national sponsorship portfolio, focusing on strategic approaches to current and future investments in sports sponsorships. This role involves developing evaluation plans, managing insights, and planning cross-sponsorship activation strategies to enhance brand messaging and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing assessment of Deloitte's current and future sponsorship investments, including evaluation and valuation of new opportunities.
- Build, maintain, monitor, and optimize ongoing sponsorship insights to inform activation strategy and real-time assessment.
- Manage key existing activations that run across multiple sponsorships and maintain an ongoing calendar of full sponsorship activation.
- Develop and activate new cross-sponsorship strategic campaigns, tactics, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to develop overarching activation strategies for the sponsorship portfolio, including soccer, tennis, golf, Olympics and Paralympics, motorsports, and culinary.
- Support overall onboarding and initial activation planning and production for new sponsorships.
- Lead additional projects and initiatives and support ongoing leadership requests.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sports or sponsorships
- Proven experience in strategic marketing, project management, and integrated marketing
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Passion for sponsorship, brand, and marketing disciplines
- Strong writing and collaboration skills
- Passion for sports and understanding of sports marketing
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

- Minimum 7 years of experience in sports or sponsorships.
