About This Role

Engage customers in a national retail home improvement store to generate leads for HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, and energy savings, promoting free in-home consultations or scheduling tune-ups.

Responsibilities

  • Work inside a national retail home improvement store
  • Engage customers about HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and energy savings
  • Promote free in-home consultations
  • Schedule tune-ups for expert sales advisors

Requirements

  • Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
  • Ability to stand and walk during shift
  • Weekend and some holiday availability
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clean, professional appearance
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Pass a background check
  • Attend weekly in-office meetings

Nice to Have

  • Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred
