Lead Developer

About This Role

Drive the design, development, and delivery of large-scale marketing applications by leading multiple Scrum teams, setting technical directions, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead for multiple Scrum teams, providing hands-on guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to engineers
• Participate in iteration planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups; support PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events
• Partner with architect to define solution designs, establish coding standards, and promote engineering practices across teams
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical bottlenecks, system issues, and performance challenges
• Ensure applications are designed and built with security in mind, following secure coding practices and appropriate authentication and authorization protocols
• Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve code quality, development velocity, and test coverage

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience
• Experience in leading or guiding development teams
• Proficiency with C# .NET
• Proficiency with Angular
• Proficiency with REST APIs
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proven analysis and problem-solving skills
• Strong experience designing and developing large-scale web applications using modern frameworks, patterns, and technologies
• Solid understanding of application security, including authentication and authorization protocols (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML)
• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle and/or SQL Server, including schema design and performance tuning
• Proven experience implementing secure coding practices and using static and dynamic code analysis tools to improve code quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 7+ years of full-stack development experience including leading or guiding development teams

• Agile/SAFe experience
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices
• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern deployment strategies
• Familiarity with enterprise identity platforms and SSO integrations
