This position provides operational support for various scheduled events and functions at Club Stewart, Fort Stewart, GA, involving setup, breakdown, and cleaning tasks for conferences and special events.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to activities involving various scheduled events and functions
- Configure conference rooms, including organizing tables, chairs, and audio/video equipment based on event orders
- Load and unload equipment and furniture, moving materials using hand trucks or dollies
- Move heavy items of furniture and office equipment for meeting setups
- Clean work areas, including carpets and floors, using industrial-powered equipment
- Adjust, clean, and maintain equipment, and wash/replace conference room fixtures using ladders
Requirements
- Three months of laboring experience
- Ability to use, control, and clean tools and power equipment
- Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions without constant supervision
