Lead and manage the operations of a state-of-the-art bowling facility within the U.S. Army MWR program, driving profitability and creating engaging community experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage a fluid, profit-generating business with a diverse customer base
- Organize leagues, tournaments, promotions, and special events to engage the community
- Oversee ancillary departments including pro shop, snack bar, and catering
- Develop business plans, budgets, marketing strategies, and capital projects
