Labor Pool Test Lab

About This Role

The Test Prep Material Handler is responsible for the proper movement and storage of materials within the test lab, managing inventory, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient test material flow.

Responsibilities

• Properly move and store materials in the test lab area
• Communicate with shop management and engineers regarding quality issues
• Maintain logbooks of all test ring and Cut-up inventory
• Communicate with truck drivers from THI, WDN, and vendor pick-ups
• Organize shop with jobs to ensure the saws are always ready for next cut priorities
• Maintain Storage inventory (Test Lab, yard, bomb shop)

Requirements

• Highschool Diploma or GED
• 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift and handle 35 lbs manually
