City Barbeque is seeking Kitchen Staff to prepare and smoke meats, craft sides from scratch, and maintain an atmosphere of backyard hospitality. This role offers opportunities for growth within a fun and fulfilling environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and smoke meats
• Craft sides and desserts from scratch
• Maintain high standards for food preparation and sanitation
• Provide great backyard hospitality for guests
• Work multiple stations and follow proper recipes
• Complete hot food prep assignments accurately
• Prepare take out and catering orders in a timely fashion
• Follow station checklists and cleaning lists consistently
• Contribute to the team by taking initiative and helping others

• Ability to work in a fast and independent manner
• Ability to cross-train and work multiple stations
• Ability to consistently follow proper recipes and procedures
