Join the culinary team as a Kitchen Assistant to maintain kitchen and serveware cleanliness, contributing to Legend Senior Living's high-standard Gold Leaf Dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate the dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware and food service equipment
- Empty dish machine and properly store clean items
- Clean the preparation and service areas according to health code requirements
- Take all garbage to the dumpster
- Launder table linens
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
