About This Role

The Key Lead ensures customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as a Floor Supervisor, providing guidance to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensuring effective store operations. This role drives store performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

Responsibilities

• Act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
• Ensure store operations are running effectively
• Drive store performance on the floor through customer experience
• Achieve team daily sales targets
• Perform opening and closing routines
• Utilize product knowledge and brand awareness
• Understand business operations
• Demonstrate proactive thinking and attention to detail
• Operate Register/Point of Sales
• Assist with asset protection and visual displays
• Utilize system skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
