About This Role

Ensure all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as a Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance through customer experience and sales goals for Hollister Co. at Camarillo Premium Outlets.

Responsibilities

• Act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
• Ensure store operations are running effectively
• Drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales
• Perform opening and closing routines
• Utilize product knowledge and brand awareness to assist customers
• Handle Register/Point of Sales duties
• Execute Asset Protection strategies
• Maintain Visual Displays
• Apply System Skills

Requirements

• Ability to work at least 12-16 hours per week
• Availability on Saturdays and Sundays
• Availability during certain holidays and peak timeframes for increased hours

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred; no supervisory/management experience is required.
