This Key Lead position ensures customers receive a quality in-store experience by supervising Brand Reps and Stock Associates. The role drives store performance by focusing on customer experience and achieving daily sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
- Ensure store operations are running effectively
- Drive store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales
- Execute opening and closing routines
- Maintain product knowledge and brand awareness
- Manage register and Point of Sales use
- Implement asset protection measures
- Set up visual displays
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
