Key Lead

About This Role

The Key Lead is responsible for providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring effective store operations and driving daily sales through customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all customers receive a quality in-store experience
• Act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
• Ensure store operations are running effectively
• Drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales
• Execute open and closing routines
• Utilize Register/Point of Sales
• Support Visual Displays
• Perform Asset Protection

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
