The Key Lead is responsible for providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring effective store operations and driving daily sales through customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all customers receive a quality in-store experience
- Act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
- Ensure store operations are running effectively
- Drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales
- Execute open and closing routines
- Utilize Register/Point of Sales
- Support Visual Displays
- Perform Asset Protection
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
