Key Lead

About This Role

This role involves supervising floor operations, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance by ensuring an excellent customer experience and achieving daily sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
• Ensure store operations are running effectively
• Drive store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales
• Manage open and closing routines
• Utilize product knowledge and brand awareness to assist customers
• Maintain visual displays
• Operate register/Point of Sales systems
• Assist with asset protection

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
