Key Lead

About This Role

The Key Lead ensures customers receive a quality in-store experience by supervising Brand Reps and Stock Associates, driving daily sales performance, and overseeing store operations. This role is a key part of the store leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
• Ensure store operations are running effectively
• Drive store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales
• Perform opening and closing routines
• Utilize product knowledge and brand awareness to assist customers
• Understand business metrics to impact store performance
• Demonstrate proactive thinking and attention to detail
• Operate the Register/Point of Sales system
• Maintain visual displays and asset protection protocols

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred; no supervisory/managerial experience required.
