The Key Lead ensures customers receive a quality in-store experience by supervising Brand Reps and Stock Associates, driving daily sales performance, and overseeing store operations. This role is a key part of the store leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
- Ensure store operations are running effectively
- Drive store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales
- Perform opening and closing routines
- Utilize product knowledge and brand awareness to assist customers
- Understand business metrics to impact store performance
- Demonstrate proactive thinking and attention to detail
- Operate the Register/Point of Sales system
- Maintain visual displays and asset protection protocols
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred; no supervisory/managerial experience required.
