Key Lead

About This Role

This Key Lead position ensures customers receive a quality in-store experience by supervising Brand Reps and Stock Associates, driving sales performance through customer engagement, and managing daily store operations at Hollister Pearlridge.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Floor Supervisor
• Provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
• Ensure store operations are running effectively
• Drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales
• Perform opening and closing routines
• Utilize product knowledge and brand awareness to assist customers
• Manage visual displays
• Operate the Register/Point of Sales system
• Understand business needs and apply asset protection procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
