Key Lead

About This Role

This role involves ensuring an excellent in-store experience for customers by supervising Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance through customer service and achieving daily sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
• Ensure store operations are running effectively
• Drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales
• Perform opening and closing routines
• Utilize product knowledge and brand awareness to assist customers
• Understand business needs and proactively address issues
• Maintain attention to detail in all tasks
• Operate the Register/Point of Sales system
• Execute Asset Protection procedures
• Implement Visual Displays strategies
• Utilize System Skills for various store functions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
