Key Lead

About This Role

The Key Lead ensures quality in-store customer experiences by supervising Brand Reps and Stock Associates. This role drives store performance through customer engagement and team sales goal achievement, acting as a floor supervisor within the store leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
• Ensure store operations are running effectively
• Drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales
• Perform opening and closing routines
• Utilize product knowledge and brand awareness to assist customers
• Operate register/Point of Sales system
• Execute visual displays
• Manage asset protection

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
