Key Lead

About This Role

The Key Lead ensures a quality in-store experience for customers by supervising and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance through customer engagement and team sales achievements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all customers receive quality in-store experience
• Act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
• Ensure store operations are running effectively
• Drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales
• Execute open and closing routines
• Utilize product knowledge and brand awareness to assist customers
• Handle register/Point of Sale use
• Assist with asset protection
• Maintain visual displays

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
