The Key Lead is responsible for providing a quality in-store customer experience by acting as a Floor Supervisor, guiding staff, and ensuring smooth store operations. This role focuses on driving store performance through excellent customer service and sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Execute open and closing routines
- Apply product knowledge and brand awareness during customer interactions
- Understand business needs for effective operation
- Think proactively to address issues
- Maintain attention to detail in all tasks
- Utilize register and Point of Sale systems
- Implement asset protection measures
- Manage visual displays
- Utilize various system skills required for the role

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
