Key Lead

About This Role

This Key Lead role ensures a quality in-store experience for all customers by supervising Brand Reps and Stock Associates, driving sales performance, and maintaining effective store operations for Hollister at Ka Makana Ali'i.

Responsibilities

• Act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
• Ensure store operations are running effectively
• Drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales
• Perform opening and closing routines
• Maintain product knowledge and brand awareness
• Utilize Register/Point of Sales systems
• Support visual displays
• Assist with asset protection

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
