About This Role

Ensure all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as a Floor Supervisor, providing guidance to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance through customer experience and team sales.

Responsibilities

• Act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
• Ensure store operations are running effectively
• Drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales
• Handle open and closing routines
• Apply product knowledge and brand awareness during customer interactions
• Utilize Register/Point of Sales
• Maintain visual displays
• Follow asset protection procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
